The organizers take reasonable measures to protect the security and confidentiality of attendees’ personal information. Although, this website has basic security measure set up through its hosting company, to ensure security of participant data, we use google forms for participant registration and abstract submission. Similarly, ticketing and payment is managed through Eventbrite. These are globally recognised platforms with extremely high levels of security. That said, attendees acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. The organizers are not responsible for any unauthorized access to, or loss of, personal information that is beyond their control.
